Cintar Imaging, the home of innovative digital graphic design is also home to Canada's first ColorSpan's Giclée PrintMakerFA. Whether your interests are corporate communications or fine art reproductions we can help maximize your creative freedom and productivity.

Cintar Imaging offers limited and open edition fine art prints on canvas or paper, original artwork and custom Giclée printing services. We are Digital Imaging professionals providing artists with the highest standards in fine art Giclée printing. Giclée, is a French word that means "spray of ink," this is a revolutionary new printing process that uses digital technology to create high quality fine art prints with the colour saturation and look of an original work of art.

It is a process of shooting millions of ink droplets per second through a nozzle, producing a seamless, continuous tone image. An image is first scanned and digitally stored in a computer, and then it is sent to a high-resolution ink jet printer for printing.

Cintar Imaging Giclée reproductions provide incredible detail and brilliance, and a three dimensional appearance. Cintar Imaging Giclées are printed on Fredrix high quality canvas and Arches watercolor paper using sophisticated calibration technique and years of experience in colour management. This technique also ensures each reproduction has a strikingly similar look and feel to the original work of art. The technology used in Cintar Imaging Giclée's actually produces higher resolution and richer colour than traditional lithography .

It is our commitment to quality in the fine art industry and our focus on assisting artists that keeps us at the forefront of the fine art printing industry. We strive to maintain the highest standards for our work, while providing personalized customer service.

Cintar Imaging Giclée prints are hard to distinguish from original artwork. Original art executed in, pastel, pen and ink, pencil, charcoal, oil and most other media as well as most photographic processes are candidates of Giclée duplication. Giclée prints are well accepted in museums and galleries throughout the world. They are a highly collectible, established medium in the fine-art community.
